Question Opera mobile with embedded video?

I have a touch pro 2 and was looking for a version of Opera that supports activex/flash video so that I could just go to any flash site, and stream a video. Also, would it store the video in cache? So you can watch a previously streamed video without re-streaming?

I currently have version 9.5 build 16844, maybe there's a way to enable flash on this version? I have no idea. If this is posted up somewhere its buried pretty deep, I searched for around 10 minutes.

Thanks

Here is some info for you:

But you will have to be patient for the real version Flash 10.1 due Q1-Q2 2010.

Re: Opera mobile with embedded video?

I use this to download streamed videos directly to my ppc.

Re: Opera mobile with embedded video?

Opera 10 doesn't support this. But it did work great in Opera 9.5 & 9.7.

Re: Opera mobile with embedded video?

Opera 10 doesn't but surprisingly some flash works on newer versions of Internet Exploder. Its odd that flash is used so much on the net but the ppc browser companies have been anti Flash for awhile. Skyfire works with flash sites but the text isn't as clear since they don't "officially" support VGA/WVGA.
