I can't get the predictive text off on 4?

went back to 3.5, I hate how you have no choice now but to use predictive text

You can turn off predictive text by way of settings. Or you can tap on the Dict on the bottom row of new icons.

Actually you can still swipe up on the del key just as before to turn it on and off.

didn't work for me, it still showed the predict word row no matter what I did
