Windows Mobile Device Center & Domino Access for Microsoft Outlook

Windows Mobile Device Center & Domino Access for Microsoft Outlook is installed and everything is good. Except when I disconnect my phone from the Desktop, DAMO crashes. Everytime. I did a worldwide search and discovered that this does happen, but I have not found anyone who knows why. It only seems to occur with WMDC, activesync did not have this problem. 1. Has anyone else experienced this? 2. Anyone know what specifically causes it?
