Tweak volume on Programs?

I have the PPC 6800. so I've done the BT and ringer tweaks and they work great.

Now on the 6800 on sprint, there's the music store. The music on there on the 6800 sounds terrible. On normal sprint phones, they sound decent. With headphones they also sound decent. But on speaker they are terrible.

Anybody know where to tweak maybe for all programs, or at least the sprint music store prog? Thanks in advance.
