Picturemail & PIE Cookies problem

I wanted to find out if someone has a solution for the Picturemail & PIE Cookies problem. Whenever I try to view my picture on my 700wx I get the PIE Cookies problem even though my reg file is configures correctly for MSIE 4.01 and Mozilla 4.0 and Windows CE.

I am not sure what to do or if anyone else is having that problem. Any suggestions are appreciated.
