Here you go along with an example to change from Calendar to Calculator:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Today\Keys\11 2] "Open"="\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs\\Calculator.lnk" @="Calculator" [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Today\Keys\11 3] "Open"="\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs\\Contacts.lnk" @="Contacts" ---PS: I have this tweak compiled as a .cab file in my FTP (see link in my signature).

Cant Assign the right key??

This might be far fetched but is there a way to set up a third soft key on my touch? I have my today screen set up very clean and clear and I have only one app that I use that I have to go to my start menu for and I'm just hoping that maybe I could find a reg edit to skip this and just hit a soft key at the bottom. Thanks!

I don't believe you can setup a third one.
As for the missing 113 value, I would assume you can create it using the information posted, although I can't fathom a reason it would be missing unless your phone uses 111 and 112 or other alternate numbering scheme. --Aaron |

Re: Quick Soft Key Assignment Question
Quote:
This is on a Sprint WM 6.5 Stock ROM using Agenda One soft keys for Calendar (left key) which wasn't triggering properly and would for some reason say it couldn't find the \Program Files\Agenda One\Agenda One-agenda.lnk) and the right key which is contacts and DOES trigger properly to open Agneda One contacts view. Very strange. So, yes, there is NO 113 key in my registry either. |

Re: Quick Soft Key Assignment Question
Try this program:
http://freewareppc.com/utilities/wm5newmenu.shtml I know it's for WM5 (been using it since my PPC6700) but I've used it through my Mogul and now TP2 running WM6.5. It allows you to remap and rename the left or right softkey, but better yet, lets you add more apps to launch. So my left softkey is renamed "Personal" and when I press it, I get a popup and can choose between my Calendar, Camera, File Explorer, and two Internet Shortcuts. Make sure you soft reset after making your settings. Let me know if it works for you. |
