Weatherpanel Help

hi..weatherpanel has been acting up n my treo pro..it updates but it drains the battery like crazy..i have the 2009 involved and i tried deleting the old weatherpanel.dll file and putting the new one in.. i cudnt do instead i just moved the new one in the weatherpanel folder and moved the other one out..is this causing the problem? can some please help!! thank you.

mine just overwrote the old dll and it works perfect, did you overwrite the old one? i would dl wp cab again and let the new dll overwrite the old one.
