How do I control my laptop using my phone?

I'm looking for an app that lets you control your laptop or desktop with your phone. Like switching music and what not. I want to control it while the laptop is still functional, so basically like a two way thing. Preferably I would like to control it from anywhere connected via a data connection or something. Is there such an app or am I thinking too far beyond this generation

A good way to do it is to install logmein hamachi on phone and on the computer, create a network on hamachi then download uvnc or similar programs to connect. They are completely free. works wonderfully.

logmein. Works great with the keyboard. It's the main reason I got the tp2 so I can have a high resolution full-screen view without some stupid on-screen keyboard. I use it for work all the time.

I got this when in beta and ended up buying it. Worth the money which is not much at 15 bucks. This program just works really well.

I personally love Z2remote. It is not free but worth every dollar if you can't use remote desktop.
