HTC Action on the touch pro 2 OR how do I create my own program shortcuts?

I looked at a few threads but couldn't find any that were working. I'd like to have this as a program.

As for shortcuts, can I create a "program" that I can put on my program list that would be "new sms", or "new task", "new meeting", etc?

as far as the action screen HERE is a tutorial on how to make your own, HERE are some more examples of it.

not sure acout the programs list as i dont use the programs tab
