replacing stock rom

i flashed a rom a while ago that screwed up some features like mail and such, and ive been trying to reflash with a stock sprint rom to try to get past the error.

right now the stock rom wont flash onto the device, and im not sure why.

activesync is fine, the rom starts to go and then fails at 1% with this:

ERROR [328]: INVALID COMMAND

any ideas?

i resolved this using the SD flash method - had no idea you could do that!
