i have an old random rom running in 2.2.1 i need to go back to stock cuz its messing up. also is 2.3 up and running. i never got the update.

In the development stickies should be a thread that has all the information you need.

The basics is the download Odin + a stock tar file EB13 or sooner. Turn your phone off, then hold the 1 key + power to turn it on in download mode.

Open odin, place the stock tar file in the PDA slot, then click start. In a few min you'll be rockin stock and then can get the OTA.

There are better directions in the stickies, this is just the quick and dirty.
