Problem Updating

I'm trying to get the EF10 modem, so I just ODIN'ed back to stock EF02. Now, when I try to Update Firmware, it starts checking for software updates. It then gives me this error message:

"An error occurred while trying to update your Firmware. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please call customer care. Error: Internal Error"

Only thing is that I've been getting this exact same error when trying to update my PRL. I'm hesistant to call Customer Care, so I'm hoping the fine folks here can lend a hand.

Is anyone familiar with this?
