Re: Poll: Does the current Widcomm Bluetooth stack work for you
I would reflash in an instant
However, having the data disconnect during phone call fixed it I will give directions to ANYONE who wants this fix in the mean time. Not my fix but I want to help anyone who needs it. |

Re: Poll: Does the current Widcomm Bluetooth stack work for you
I would flash to a ROM with a functional BT stack in a heartbeat. Widcomm gives me nothing but problems. I've owned 7+ other HTC WinMo phones, and NONE of them had issues like this.

Wow, still haven't seen anyone write why the Widcomm stack is "better" than the MS stack and almost two out of three find it buggy.

Re: Poll: Does the current Widcomm Bluetooth stack work for you
Widcomm stack works perfect for me. I have it paired with my TL, and it behaves as it should.

Re: Poll: Does the current Widcomm Bluetooth stack work for you
Find a guy named Menneissys, or something like that... knows more about BT and the different stacks than just about anyone.
I've seen him post more on HoFo. - Richard |

Re: Poll: Does the current Widcomm Bluetooth stack work for you
Where exactly is this "disconnect data during a phone call" option and what problem did this fix for you? I have a Verizon Touch Pro2 and I am on my second one to try to get bluetooth to work. I have tried 6 different headsets including my car and all of them have worked and then not worked. I am able to use it for a few phone calls, then I go do something else and when I come back, bluetooth no longer works. Pull the battery and restart - still doesn't work most of the time. The devices are definitely paired correctly because they work for a few phone calls. I am able to see all of my bluetooth devices in the trusted device list.
Many thanks! |
