A guy over at XDA extracted a new version from the smartphone download in the marketplace. It does seem to have some improvements.

thanks. working well (Imagio) & touch screen enabled. what is odd is that that this newer FB app appears in Marketplace from wm6.x std (non-touch).

The guy extracted the non touchscreen version and converted it to touch for us to use on our touch screen phones.

Working well on Touch Pro2 it does act snappier if not more fluid and transitions between tabs without reloading them. overall great direction and improvement. I know a larger carosel type thing would be great

it takes a long time to log me in after my initial installation of the program after i run it the first time, if i fire it up again it takes roughly 2 mins just to log me in

This is a small step hopefully microsoft get moving one of these days
