Getting Sprint Update Notification but dont want it!

Hi All,
I have a Clockwork Mod rooted E4GT that is flashed to EL29 that is mostly stock otherwise, I just rooted it to get free Hotspot...Anyway, Since last night I have been getting the Update Prompt for ICS, It says it is downloaded and ready to install, It is my understanding that this update will fail because I am CWM rooted, so basically I would like to STOP getting this annoying notification to upgrade....Is there a way to stop this?

Thanks In advance,
Mike

You can use titanium backup to back up "System Updates."
Then freeze it(paid version of titanium) or uninstall it. I uninstalled it, but you can no longer use the System update features including prl, not that you need to.
