hmm, maybe a dev team section on the wiki would work well for that. It wouldn't really even need to be locked down since there is tracking and i think much fewer new members/feature requestors will update a wiki page!

That works for me. We list the base, then scour through notes and forums for bugs to get as complete of a bug list as we can, along with known fixes. Bugs with no fix should stay at the top so we know where to concentrate our efforts...

Also, would there be any interest in using the Chat function on this forum? Admittedly, it just connects to irc.icq.com, so you could just use a "normal" IRC client, but I guess I'm not sure how much interest there would be in real-time chat. I suppose it depends on how much yelling we'd be doing at each other.

We're going to be meeting up in the next day or so on the site's irc room. We need to get on the same page regarding choosing which 3.5 to use.
MrHappy, perhaps we can upload a document to the PPCGeeks FTP site detailing all known bugs for the ROM we ultimately choose. This should suffice until Wideawake sets up the private project forum.
