REMINDER Unified ROM Project: Dev/Analyst/Build Team Meeting

SINCE THIS IS AN OFFICIAL PROJECT "WORK" THREAD, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND OR ATTEND THIS MEETING IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER OF THE UNIFIED ROM PROJECT TEAM. FEEL FREE TO START A NEW THREAD, OR PM ME IF YOU WANT TO COMMENT ON WORK DONE HERE.

A meeting to discuss project scope, among other things, will be held on Sunday, 2/25 in the PPCGeeks.com IRC chat room at 8 PM Eastern, 5 PM Pacific. Please review the agenda at the bottom of this post and prepared to discuss any issues or ideas that pertain to your role.

Here is the agenda:

1. Project Scope Clarification
What is in-scope for this phase of the project, and what is out-of-scope?

2. Developer Focus
Outlining the development responsibilities. Who will do what?

3. Development/Build Management Process
The process of code/change delivery to the build. How will this take place, and what tools will be needed. This may be an area of cost.

QA team members need not attend this meeting.

A recap will be issued for the entire team at the meeting's conclusion.
