Phones like touch diamond on Sprint Sero plans

I'm on the Sero plan so if anyone knows of another phone like the htc touch diamond, let me know so I can look into it. I'm just not aware of another phone.

Recently I've been thinking about trading my touch pro for a touch diamond. Is there any reasons I shouldn't? I mean besides the keyboard and sd card, what benefits does touch pro have over touch diamond? I'm thinking this because it turns out I almost never use the physical keyboard so I'm find with the virtual keyboard. I'm only using about 1-1.5 gb of memory so the 4gb on touch diamond seems like enough.

I'm just asking because everywhere I look, seems like the touch diamond is being sold for more than the touch pro so I'm wondering if this is because the diamond has something that the pro doesn't to account for the price difference.

edit: sorry if this is in wrong place, but seemed like phone comparison fit best in trying to find a phone without actually knowing what phone is

PS: It's likely I'll grab a touch pro2 if I see one cheap but I'd like to use a keyboardless phone if possible due to thinner size and I wont keep turning it on when I bump into something and nudge the keyboard

Yep, I'd recommend the TP2 over the Diamond. Diamond would be more of a replacement not an upgrade. I have TP2 on SERO.

Re: Phones like touch diamond on Sprint Sero plans

Thing is, I'm not too sure if I want a keyboard though so I was looking towards touch diamond. Only reason I'd want the touch pro 2 is because of updated hardware and larger screen. But I'm not sure if I want the keyboard with it so I'm looking for a newer phone than touch diamond that doesnt have a keyboard

I was actually thinking the same way you are a few months ago but I got the TP2 and I'm glad I did. If you were with Verizon you could get the Imagio but I believe the TP2 is a sturdier phone. You could go with a newer Android phone but your SERO rate may increase slightly. Some say no but I guess they have found a loophole. The keyboard, speakers, headphone jack, screen, battery life, and the fact that you can easily overclock the cpu to around 700 to 800mhz are the main reasons I say the TP2.

I agree with horn. I have a diamond and a touch pro2. The screen alone is worth chosing the tp2, and I rarely used the keyboard. The diamond is nice, and compact, but the screen seems extremely small compared to a tp2. Overclocking and android development on the pro2 is also a nice option.
