Best way to get your email on Treo Pro

Now that I finally got a data plan for my Treo. Which of these three would be the best way to get my mail as far as draining the battery the slowest? I use GMAIL btw.

1. Pocket Outlook IMAP on 15 min checks for new mail.

2. Flexmail 4.1 with IMAP IDLE

3. Push mail via Nuevasync.

Thanks for any input.

I would choose #1.

GMail has push sync, you can just use your exchange server with gmail.

acid, how is that working for you? I am hearing about a lot of issues with gmail sync push.

I use emoze and it works great for me.

It actually works flawlessly for me... Calendar as well.

How about attachments acid are they working for you?
I have yet for Gmail to pull my attachments over to my PTP, I have the settings all checked for entire email and to download attachments but still no go.
Now with MSN mail I don't have this problem, this is why I ask, perhaps it's a google thing.
