What happened to PPCGeeks? and the cool stuff

'Sup fellas

I was on here over a year ago for my pocket pc, and I remember being able to download ALL KINDS of cool hacks for free navigation, gps, picture mail, etc.

Now ppc geeks has gone all politically correct?

It doesn't look like this site any longer has the download capabilities it used to. No awesome hacks to download..

Am I correct? Or just not seein' it

I'd like to be able to tether my laptop to my phone without paying sprint's exorbitant fees.

GPS unlocked for free?

Picture mail? Some dude named ninja created a program I paid 5 bucks for that allowed a better picture message fuction for the pocket pc. Was awesome but doesn't work for the treo. Anything comparable?

There's plenty more.. I don't even have the imagination for the things you guys come up with..

You can get pic mail by accessing the Sprint software store using your 800w. Whatever you need you can usually find using search.

there are many hacks/tweaks that work for many phones, unfortunately it's hard to know for sure which until it's tried by someone with that phone.
but feel free to venture to the other areas and look around. just don't flash something from another phone area, and you should be fine.

Mainly I've gone thru every step of those directions and can't even get the reg editor operating.

I downloaded the cab file, ran it, a window of internet explorer ran some code.. and that's it. Nothing else, no new programs or nothing. How do I get resco explorer to work and get the reg editor operating?
