SMS threader - so that i can type a message over 160 characters and have it break them up
Today Agenda - looks better then pOutlook
Phone Alarm - can you have a ppc phone without it?
Weather Panel - larger clock and weather
Data Viewer - so i can view a drink mixing guide
magic button - close programs
Memmaid - easy clean up
Pic Dialer - helping the guy on here work some stuff out on it.
pTravelAlarm - THE BY FAR BEST ALARM CLOCK I HAVE FOUND
SKTools - easy to do tweaking
SPB Backup - back ups....
TCPMP - better media player
Total Commander - so i can have total control
Tweaks2k2.net - easy color changing
UI Tweaker - again, easy tweaking

I had Bejeweled on there, which I bought, but I can't find the dang code to unlock it after I did a hard reset. And the customer service on Astraware is lacking so far...

There's also a free versio of splashid (the same as paid, but dont have a module at PC). You can find at www.pdagold.com in the freeware session.
