SMS threader - so that i can type a message over 160 characters and have it break them up
Today Agenda - looks better then pOutlook
Phone Alarm - can you have a ppc phone without it?
Weather Panel - larger clock and weather
Data Viewer - so i can view a drink mixing guide
magic button - close programs
Memmaid - easy clean up
Pic Dialer - helping the guy on here work some stuff out on it.

im not a big fan of anything loading on the today screen other than what needs to be there and if i want to know what the weather is like ill just go look outside! the only reason i use ilauncher is for easy access to the camera app.
