PIE Crashing

Hi,

Sometimes when i start up PIE, it crash and close itself. Does anyone know the reason behind to this.... I also install PIE PLUS and still it does the same thing... Any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks

Plus is there anyway to delete default program such as power point?

when asking a support question its always best to give as much info as possible...like what hacks you have done...what 3rd party software is installed...cache to storage card...what were you doing just before the crash...etc any and all those things can and will cause your device to crash so its hard to narrow it down with a vague discription of the problem.

as far as removing apps like powerpoint...no its built into the rom. if you are looking to remove to save memory there is a program and tutorial that will cut most .exe's down to half ttheir size along with some .dll's off hand I can't remember the name of it...qpx4 maybe? perhaps someone can chime in and refresh my memory as to its exact name

repost in this thread your specs and we will try and solve your problem

My storage is going toward my storage card " cache", i did every possible hack u can think of..... my phone works just fine, but just the PIE keep crashing. I dont understand why... i try to look through this forums and on the net, but still i can't figure it out....THanks for your time...

I will change it back then.. thanks... see if it works...

By any chance do you know why if i send a text message to a person and they do not receive it. it really strange.. i posted this on palm messaging, but I receive her text message but she cant receive mines. It worked before, but all the sudden it doesn't work no more. She uses cingular serive which i text 2 other people with cingular services and they both work... What the reason for this?

have you installed the sms patch from palm...seems as if you haven't start there

Yes... i have... she doesn't receive my text when i am in the chat box.. when i send her the first text she receive it. but when i reply back she doesn't receive it. I currently try to uninstall, bu there no option to do so. I even tried to install it again, when i copy the file over, its said a particular file has the process can not copy over. Something similar to that.... Do anyone have any ideas what going on... i dont feel like doing a hard reset because of this issue..... please help thanks

I'd perform a Sprite Backup then hard reset. See if the problem persists after applying the Palm SMS patch. If it doesn't, then you know it's something you've installed.

She receive all the text message when i send her a new one, by doing the short cut "holding the middle button" "select text message" but when i am in the chat box she does not receive it. I am stump on this one! Any help will be greatly appreciate it. Thanks
