hard reset not working, still frozen
Well, my treo 700wx froze, so I hit the reset button.
Except now my treo isn't even booting, it stays on the white treo screen the entire time. I've taken the battery out for hours, and it made no difference. So I decided it was time to do a hard reset. I did it, the warning appeared, I hit up, and it still does nothing. I let it sit for about an hour and it's still on the white treo screen. I keep doing the hard reset procedure and every time it just sits at the white treo screen. Sunovagun! Am I going to have to get a new phone?

You sir have a defective unit...return it and get yourself a new one.

Yeah, I just got a brand new 700wx thanks to the ERP. Good thing for SERO too, if it weren't for that I wouldn't have spent the extra $ on the ERP!
