Is there a way to back up texts with the palm app.

I was able to back up my text messages using the jeyo mobile companion or outlook extender. Now after installing the palm threaded app. , my messages no longer sync. Is that because the palm app. isn't integrated with pocket outlook? Is there any way to back up the messages now?

\Windows\PalmMsgV001

Copy that file somewhere then copy back after your hard reset or whatever. Those are your chats.
