Did you install cMulticlock before or after you put Neo on? If you put cMulticlock on before neo, you'll have to reinstall it.

As for refreshing titanium, you have to go to \program files\chome editor\ and click on chomerefresh.exe. You can make it a shortcut to the start menu to for easier access.

You can do a CHome refresh through CHome Editor. Open the program and then tap exit. This will cause a refresh.

will the titanium gps cab work on build 28014...its mr capcoms final build and that is the one thing missing from my titanium screen since gpstoggle wont work. im using just the regular titanium( ithink...screenshot below) Also could anyone show me how to make the first letter of all the panels i have Capital Letters? Or atleast point me in the right direction to find the answer?

Edit...Nevermind i figured both out.
