Don't understand why this thread is archived?
I just installed a new keyboard via cab file. There are several nice ones out there. Here's one I like.

Where can we find/search the archived thread? Many of us are still using these excellent ROMs and you've removed an excellent resource that I return to again and again.

Re: CF03 Based ROMs From Adrynalyne 4.0 *Latest ROMs Here!*

I just installed google maps on your latest 6.1 and it keeps crashing. When I start it back up it says...
Code:
Google Maps error
The previous instance of Google Maps stopped unexpectedly
This is the same .cab I have used on other installs without failure. I'm not sure the version number, right now, but it includes My Maps, overlays, etc... (maybe a month or two old).
JJ

Edit...
I just installed the newest 3.3.1(#0) and it does the same. It crashes every time I click the blue location dot at bottom-right. I don't have gps enabled. It's pulling from the cell towers. What's interesting is that it turns off my data after crashing.
JJ

Edit...
It also crashes when I enable gps. I do have location on in the phone settings and gps managed by windows in maps.

Re: CF03 Based ROMs From Adrynalyne 4.0 *Latest ROMs Here!*

Apparently, the problem is not with the rom, but with the omnia itself. Build 3.2.1
http://m.google.com/maps/download/bi...GoogleMaps.CAB
works just fine. My previous installations of 3.3.1 were on htc, and they worked fine.
I got the link from a google support thead on the subject.
