Marketplace Apps using Live ID DRM

I guess here is good news (great news would be NO DRM) about the upcoming Marketplace for Windows Mobile Application Store... A user's Live ID will be used to connect the applications to the purchaser, and each bought application can be authorized on up to 5 separate devices...

5 Devices, that's it?

I still use software designed for WM 2002/3 editions. That's nearly 7 years. And I change my devices almost on an annual basis. So i get to use my software for 5 years then need to repurchase?

I'm assuming they mean five devices at the same time. It is too early to etch out any specifics though.
