d@mn that means it is going to be on the INSTINCT? oh well, i waited to see what sprint was going to do.......and since they are NOT getting the TOUCH HD, i guess i will just have to stick to my original plan of ordering one from overseas and using it on a T-mobile

iama just stick to htc and wait another year so i can get that 200$ upgrade and get whateva comes afther the HD
