Any one else getting this problem?

My X will run just fine for a day or 2 at a time and then it will just reset itself. Will come back running the app that I used last in the same state it was in but will do a short boot up with the "Eye" (shorter than if I turn the device off). Seems to happen when running Pandora and GTalk. Very strange. It could do it every day I guess but I notice it when I am listening to Pandora cuz it kills the music and Gtalk when I am expecting a message....

Anyone Else see anything like this?

Re: Any one else getting this problem?

I'm having a rebooting issue also. Has rebooted on me about every two days. I'm waiting on the phone for VZW tech support as I write this. The will need to get this fixed, replaced or a different phone.

As much as I love the screen size on this phone this is not acceptable. I had the DINC since it came out and it never rebooted on me, ever.

Re: Any one else getting this problem?

Talked to VZW support yesterday. They had me do a hard reset. the phone does seem to be responding faster now but I'll give it a few days to see how it goes. If it continues to reboot they will replace it (when they have some in stock).

The one app that I did not put back on the X is advanced task killer. Don't know that this has anything to do with the x running better, just a note. The tech suggested not putting that back.

Re: Any one else getting this problem?

ATK isn't the problem, when I look at the error log I am getting errors in the music player and google talk. when you call in tell the tech to look at the moto blur account associated with the phone. there are logs in there that will tell everything from the battery temp every 15 min to the error logs and exception errors that the phone has. They can even remote wipe the device for you if the phone gets lost.

Re: Any one else getting this problem?

Well, I didn't put ATK back but I also haven't had the rebooting issue come up again since the factory reset. I could put ATk back in and see what happens. Right now I still don't know what the problem was, I can't really say that ATK was the problem, that could just be coincidental.

I put it back now and report back in a few days.

Re: Any one else getting this problem?

Since both Pandora and Google Talk were running at the same time, it could be related to that... I haven't had a random reboot issue with my phone, had it since release date. Have you had the issue when running one without the other?
