why is my rootfs and system files downloading as .img files? How do i extract these if they arent .rar files but .img's?

the Zen build works awesome right offf the bat except for one thing: it says i'm not connected to any provider, and it won't let me access the settings for wireless connections at all. any help?

You don't need to extract them leave them as they are and run Haret make sure you have the correct zimage, default.txt, intrid, and userconf file

but try this
the latest zimages and voguimg link attached

okay i like to think im not a noob but since i cant get this going.. i guess i am :/ lol
but
im stuck at the hero screen. keeps going back to it.
i havent read a fix to this?
does this mean its the zimage? or what?
im on sprint trying to do the hero nuild listed in the first post
