Re: Quck question

Hmm next question, any free data hack for the xv6900? I know you could do it with a lot of dumbphones using a proxy, any such luck here?

The thing is, all I want is picture messages (this is for my younger brother) and they don't work while connected to a non-verizon internet connection from what I can tell, can anyone help with THAT?

Bump, anybody? If there is a way to setup a proxy or something to receive picture messages over wifi (or activesyc) that will be huge

Re: Quck question

try going to your messages, select menu->MMS Options->Servers->Click on verizon, and on the "Connect Via" see if Wifi is there (not that it should, ive never used a wifi card lol), you might even have to change it to The Internet.
