Sure Fire Way (WMDC)

I apo if this has already been posted somewhere.

But can someone give me a "sure fire" way to get my pc (Vista Version) to recognize my HTC Vogue through Windows Mobile Device Center.

TYIA PPC Peeps

Edit:
I forgot to explain, though I'm sure this is familiar x_x, that I can't get my phone to connect to the pc at all anymore. It used to work almost randomly but now not at all. o_o

Re: Sure Fire Way (WMDC)

When you plug it in and your computer doesn't recognize it, open your device manager and looks for one of your devices "Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter" with a ! mark on it. Uninstall it, then scan for new devices. Hopefully, it will reinstall correctly. If not, rinse and repeat.

I hope that helps. I have a problem that sounds exactly like yours and that's how I fix mine. You will have to do that same process every time it doesn't connect.
