Will a sprint htc touch work on alltel?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried searching for an answer and googling but couldn't find anything. Obviously I would flash the alltel rom to my touch, but has anyone tried this? Thanks in advance.

I have gotten a Mogul fully working on Alltel , as well as a Verizon touch .. so I really don't see it being and issue.
