Sprint Touch exchange/return
Does anyone know how much I will be charged if I don't send back the defective TOUCH phone? The return kit says anywhere from $50 to $20 Also I received two return packets with different order numbers on them . Do you think I am going to have a problem when I only send back one phone?

They will charge you full price. Call up customer service and ask them in which return packet should you mail back the phone in.
