which ROM contains USB driver: bootloader, radio, or WM6 ROM?

My USB no longer works after my ROM upgrade. I am operating on the theory that something went wrong with the Kitchen and the USB drivers got corrrupted. So I am trying to understand which ROM image to reflash.

Based on Whosdaman's reply, I believe I need to re-flash the radio..
