What to do first...

I'm on sprint and just recieved my htc touch. Not sure what to do first. Obviously with win 6.1, there's just so much customization and programs available... (As i see hundreds of Roms available and cube skinning. any suggestions other than getting Opera, Core media player?Any particular skin that is more effective than the standard base skin? I keep seeing Manila 2d everywhere. I am completely new to the "scene."

try manilla2d find a rom flash it ditch the cube!!! : )

manilla2d is a skin right? so it is easily reverted if I dislike it right? if so how is it reverted back to the orginal?
