does this work with the OEM wm 6.1 HTC?? or do I install this over the OEM version?? also can I customise the OEM HTC with HHC customiser??

Here you go this is htc home 2.1 it works well on the vogue and is customizable through hhc. It will start you out with 6 tabs you can edit the order under the today options in settings. I've also included the diamond theme in the zip if you wanna use it.
