outlook exchange sync error support code 0x80070008

I use a third party MS Exchange host [4smartphone.net] and get my emails pushed using outlook. I started getting this error randomly after upgrading to 6.1 stock rom. I can work around it by deleting the mailbox attachment folder on the storage card or using the device's memory to store attachments, but this is not a permanent fix and it still recurs randomly. Anyone have a clue as to what's wrong?
