slight problem with the HHC home customizer

I recently did the ROM update and now when i use HHC it wont let me add the audio player tab.. so i went to www.pocketemu.com (awesome site and great stuff by the way) and got the newest update... htchome-2.1-n2a.cab
it failed to install complaining about security rights and now when i try to get into HHC it says system cannot find the file specified (homecust.exe) i tried getting rid of it and reinstalling and its still giving me the error.
what do i need to do?

try installing this version of HTC Home...

warning: I just updated to the bell ROM RUU_Vogue_4350_BM_WWE_3.08.666.1_Radio3.42.50_Ship .exe and and found that I can Install the hhc1.0 final but after installing htchome-2.1-n2a.cab the phone locks and needs to be hard reset. Any Idea if this version work with the bell ROM?

HTC.Home.v2.1.1005.722.Directory.And.Brightness.Fi x.schen.cab is installed and working on bell ROM RUU_Vogue_4350_BM_WWE_3.08.666.1_Radio3.42.50_Ship .exe.

Cool. Does this allow to change the quick launch programs? Is there any way to do that without updating the whole ROM?
