problems with cokeman unlocker 2.31

I'm trying to unlock my phone (verizon xv6900 verson), and can't get the unlocker to run through successfully. Everytime I run through it, at the "You are now ready to update your ROM image. The operation takes approximately 10 minutes" screen, I click "next", and it hangs on the progress bar (at 0% progress on my pc and pda), then returns Error 262. The good thing is that my winCE image is NOT destoryed at this point, and I can just reset.

Any suggestions?

Running Vista, sp1.

Thanks!

followup on my own post in case someone else has the same problem - when unplugging and replugging in the usb cable, i did a soft reset back into windows mobile after unplugging- as the instructions state that you should be connected via activesync on reconnect, and you don't get into activesync until after the os loads. apparently this is incorrect- there is no need to do a reset and boot back into windows, and no need to be connected via activesync- i just unplugged, replugged, and went on my merry way, and am now up w/ gps and wm6.1.
