Need to go back to Stock rom for warranty exchange

Hi guys, i am currently having an hardware issue with my touch, camera is acting as if it was drunk, doing all sorts of wave on the screen. that is not due to a new rom since i tried about 4 of them and all have the same problem. So i called bell and they told me that they will send me a phone and i should receive it within 3 days.

Problem is that i am runnign 3.37.10 alltell radio and i am pretty sure its not a good idea to send it to them with a non stock radio. As flashing void warranty, i need to revert back the radio. What step should i follow in order to go back to my oem radio(which i have downloaded already). I am running cokeman's unlocker 2.31 with alltel radio 3.37.10 and OMJ Bell custom rom.

Do i only need to revert back to .40 unlocker and flash bell rom?
