NEED Arcsoft 4281 cab

I've tride the link from the one Ipmart fourm and it does not seem to work i can only get russian version which wont do me any good. So can someone email me the cab as an attachment to xmrrushx@aol.com please it would complete my day of hassle with the attell rom

After install, you also have to make reg edits... these are for verizon:

RegEdits (Verizon)
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\WspHeader]


1. Delete any X-Whatever-MDN values from OTHER carriers. For example if you flashed an altell ROM, you might have an X-Altell-MDN entry here. If you’re not on Altell, delete it.


2. Add a string value
Name= X-VzW-MDN
Value= your ten digit phone number


3. Change the following value to these:
User-Agent= utstar67kv1
Accept= application/vnd.wap.multipart.related
Accept-Language= en
