New Radio

So I was wondering... I know the new Mogul ROM wont work on out Touch's... but Would it be possible for people like DCD, No2Chem, etc. to take a cooked ROM and add the new Radio? Probably not so I was just curious. No flaming please its just a question

I think they mean:
Yes, you can flash the radio onto the vogue. But it won't gain you gps nor rev. a.
It MIGHT gain you improvements in radio/reception/signal.
