Searched, hard reset and still no storage card detected?

Hey guys, First post here but i've mooched off the much of info to be had. I am on posting because i can no longer go without help, i searched here for hours.

First it started with my songs on sd card being gone. So i dl's totoal commander but couldnt figure out how to format so i hard reseted. Now there is no storage card at all.

What direction do i go next?

also b4 i reset i saved the phone book pim.vol and now reloaded it but cant remove the default pim.vol to get it on?

Put the card into a reader on your computer, and format it there. After that it should be able to be read in your phone.

Also, make sure it's formatted as FAT32.

Well Fudge! My adapter is in storage. How can i do this with it in phone? I already have total commander if thats any help.

Can anyone help with recovering my phone book?

those adapters are next to free at this point i'd say get another one, sorry.

OK, ill have to do that. Can you help me with the mentioned phone book issue, i need my numbers.

total commander can usually overwrite the files. sometimes you have to play around though. Rename orig file copy new one in place etc.

I did that and when it seems to take effect it kills the phone. Its unresponsive, communication is cut off, it just did it again, the first time i had to hard reset again.

for the past two days, mine will get a pop-up message asking to format card.....I choose yes, then it does...........but it doesn't show up in Explorer or anywhere......how can I force my phone to read the storage card, I've already hard-reset?
