Not happy with Touchflo?

If you are not happy with Touchflo try this.... its just a registry tweak, but it has made me much happier with scrolling. Kinetic scrolling(finger flick scrolling) is still way to fast, but finger scrolling feels way more natural

HKLM/Software/OEM/TFLOSettings

Change DWord value for FingerPressure to 9000

This tweak is out there, but I haven't seen anyone mention this value

Let me know what you think... and as always tweak at your own risk

I have not found away to fix that issue yet. We need a real developer for that one.

I think so, but it is all a matter of opinion. The problem that I have with FTouchFlo is that it seems to have problem in the browser when there are images on the page. FTouchflo wants to jump to the top or bottom of the image, it doesn't scroll naturally in that senario and thats a big issue for me.

Now, this tweak does not solve the super fast kinetic scrolling problem that HTC TouchFlo has, but it does make finger scrolling feel much, much more natural.

Just try it and see if you like it. You can always go back to FTouchFlo if you think it sucks. Thats the beautiful thing about WM...you can tweak, untweak, and tweak again!

HKLM is "folder" in the registry .

you can use the cab file i made, it will set the FingerPressure to 9000.

I haven't seen much input on this tweak from other than MrOuija. Has anyone else tried it? What do you think? Personally, this is the most important change I have made to my Touch.
