back light does not shut off in 10 secs

weird issue, my back light stays on for about a minute no mater what I set it to. I'm running the latest version of pocket pro and s2u2. Oh and while I'm here s2u2 does not shut the light off on incoming calls just outgoing

Mine stays "bright" for about 10 seconds, then "dims", then goes off after about a minute. Never noticed until you just posted. I just press the power button on top.
