Touch Pro & Bluetooth Disconnecting in car

I searched and there are a few different threads, but nothing seems to be a confirmed fix.

I have the touch pro, and am having some issues with Bluetooth. I have a Kenwood receiver in my car with the BT adapter with it, and it will not stay connected with my car.

I've read that the Touch Pro is notorious for crappy BT compatability. Someone mentioned that there may be a 3rd party BT manager that may fix the problem, but didn't know the name.

What suggestions can you give me to fix this?

Thanks!!

Re: Touch Pro & Bluetooth Disconnecting in car

Check your power options. Make sure the "audio gateway" is configured correctly.

Re: Touch Pro & Bluetooth Disconnecting in car

not to be a complete idiot, but where might I check these settings?

-- What happens is the phone will disconnect itself and lock up the bluetooth on the radio literally after about 10 seconds. I know the module works with other phones, so IDK if it's a compatibility issue with the touch pro, or what.

Re: Touch Pro & Bluetooth Disconnecting in car

I used "Advanced Config V 3.30" http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-...tion-tool.html. Go to the bluetooth section and you will find it there. You will also need "net compact framework 3.5" to run Advanced Config.
