Can you flash a TP from sprint to cricket at home?

I have searched and searched but no luck, i was wondering if someone out there would be able to point me to a thread that has noob steps and links or if someone could possibly reply with the steps. my phone is unlocked and i dont know where to go from there.. i have mighty rom on there now but it still says sprint under the time im lost..
