Touch Pro wont Flash 2 Metro

hi I had a question. I have a Sprint Touch Pro that I gave to my brother in law. He wanted to get it flashed for Metro PCS, but everytime he goes in there they say its impossible. The first time it was unlocked with KK's Rom on it. So I suggested he relock it with the OEM Rom. That didn't work either. This has also happened with my old Sprint Touch too. I have done alot of research and have hit a lot of walls and also noticed that many others have successfully flashed to metro. So any suggestions of something I may have missed would be greatly appreciated.

I have done countless touch pro's and diamonds with success, even the touch pro 2's, if they cannot follow the directions on how to flash it, I suggest going to a store that can.

I had similar experiences with clueless MetroPCS stores, both corp and franchised. I went to 8 different stores and wasted countless hours to find one that finally was able to do it. The rest were complete dolts...
